Objective
Provide support to candidates, potential candidates & ACCs by addressing and alleviating some of the main concerns and / or negative feelings that we know arise throughout the recruiting journey.
Capture video content to form part of a ‘Virtual ACC’ (Army Career Centre) series. The topics addressed within the series will address the most commonly raised concerns identified via UX research. This content will be produced to be as evergreen as possible, maximising its lifecycle and usage. It will be created to be universally shareable, in order to assist candidates and potential candidates for success during their application.
